Daiwa ICP European Infrastructure 1 agrees to acquire a 30% stake in Blue Phoenix Group

Blue Phoenix Group (“BPG” or the “Company”) announces that Daiwa ICP European Infrastructure 1, L.P. (“Daiwa ICP European Infrastructure 1”), has purchased a 30% equity stake in the Company from Waterland Private Equity (“Waterland”). Completion took place on 9 July 2021.

The Board of Directors of Blue Phoenix Group is pleased that with Daiwa ICP European Infrastructure 1 as additional shareholder the Group can further focus on its international expansion strategy of servicing EfW companies with sustainable solutions for Incinerator Bottom Ash.
